Even though we do everything we can to offer you the best experience, it's possible that your jewelry might not completely satisfy you.
We give you the option to return your purchase(s), either for an exchange or a refund, within a period of 30 days, from the date of receipt.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN?
All our jewelry items (except custom pieces) are eligible for free returns within 30 days provided that:
- the jewelry is in perfect condition and has not been worn.
- the ribbon attached to the jewelry is in perfect condition and has not been removed.
- all packaging elements, accessories, and instructions (even if the jewelry has been unpacked) are returned with the jewelry.
- your previous purchase has not been permanently returned.
- the jewelry is indeed returned 30 days after receipt "the postmark being proof".
If you respect these conditions, the return of your jewelry is possible for free.
Just like with delivery, we insure your return for the amount of your purchase. Don't forget to keep your dispatch note proving that you have indeed returned your purchase(s).
