A year ago, I was going through an intense burnout. To get through it, I understood that I had to take time for myself and not put my value in the same place (like my turnover).
Developing a regular exercise routine has fueled my self-esteem and given me an even greater taste for challenge. By pushing my limits (like running my first marathon, for example), I strengthen my mental strength a little more each day. I feel proud and terribly at home.
Through these photos and this sharing of experience, I hope to show you everything that is possible to achieve by trusting yourself.
