DELIVERY & RETURNS

At the time of payment, you will have the choice of the delivery method:

  • Either a free withdrawal directly from our Parisian studio (Paris 11th),
  • Either by secure Colissimo or Chronospost delivery to your home if you live in France or in the European Union,
  • Either by delivery by courier in Paris and the inner suburbs of Paris.

If you order from Metropolitan France:

  • Express home delivery (with tracking – with signature) with Chronopost (+/- 4 days): €10
  • Home delivery (with tracking and delivery against signature) with Colissimo (+/- 1 week): free from 200€ of purchases on the site.
  • Delivery by courier during the day for all orders placed before noon - 15€

If you are ordering from a European Union country:

  • Standard home delivery (with tracking – with signature)
  • Delivery costs: free from 200€ of purchases on the site.
  • Delivery time (indicative): 3 to 7 working days from the dispatch of the order.

If you are ordering from a country outside the European Union:

  • Standard home delivery (with tracking – with signature)
  • Delivery costs: 20€
  • Delivery time (indicative): 7 days to 2 working weeks from the dispatch of the order.
  • Customs charges to be paid upon receipt.

We make every effort to offer you the best delivery conditions:

  • We choose to leave with a trusted carrier, La Poste.
  • Your order will be delivered to your home by hand, against signature.
  • Our delivery packaging is unbranded and will not attract covetousness.
  • We insure our shipments up to the value of the jewel.

You can pick up your jewel directly at the studio located in the 11th arrondissement of Paris (Oberkampf metro station). The opportunity to meet the founder of the brand around a Japanese tea, if you feel like it.

FRANCE & EUROPEAN UNION

You have up to 14 days after receiving your jewelry box to request a free exchange or refund.

The jewel must be unworn and returned in its original condition with all of its packaging to be eligible.

If the return conditions are met, we will exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the return.

OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Exchanges/returns are possible and are at your expense.

after-sales service

Absolutely ! Our ŌKAN STUDIO pieces, purchased online and at the studio, are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase, upon presentation of the invoice (sent by email following your purchase).

The ŌKAN warranty covers any defect related to the manufacture of the part.

However, it does not cover natural wear and tear, loss, theft or damage related to an accident or poor protection of your wearable sculpture.

If this is an e-shop purchase, please contact us at hello@okan-studio.com . In order to facilitate the processing of your request, we invite you to send a photo of your part.

We can of course take care of your jewelry! Just send us an email to [hello@okan-studio.com](mailto:hello@okan-studio.com "‌") with your invoice and photos. We will send you a detailed estimate which will obviously be submitted for your approval before any repairs to give your room a makeover!

After-sales service parts are sent to the workshop at the beginning of the month. Then count 4 to 6 weeks for the beauty of your piece, we will keep you informed upon receipt. Our trusted workshop does everything to process your parts as soon as possible. We follow the after-sales service with a very attentive eye and are very reactive when it comes to sending the jewels once they have been repaired.

After contacting us by email, we will invite you to drop off your piece directly at the studio. If you cannot come to us, you will have to send us your jewel to the following address:

Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

As for a part purchased on our site or at the studio, you can benefit from the guarantee - valid for one year from the date of purchase.
