If you ever want a repair, it's possible. All you have to do is write to us at hello@okan-studio.com. We will send you a link to pay for the refurbishment package (€110) as well as a shipping slip.
REFURBISHED PART
If you have requested a refurbishment, you will need to count on 6 to 8 weeks for the workshop to re-polish and plate your jewel in every nook and cranny in order to restore its impeccable luster.
We will notify you as soon as the part has returned from the workshop so that we can send it to you as soon as possible!
