Although we make every effort to offer you the best experience, it is possible that your jewel does not give you complete satisfaction.
We give you the opportunity to return your purchase(s), either for an exchange or a refund, within 14 days of the date of receipt.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS TO MAKE A RETURN?
All our jewelry is eligible for a free return within 14 days provided that:
- the jewel is in perfect condition and has not been worn.
- the ribbon attached to the jewel is in perfect condition and has not been removed.
- all packaging elements, accessories and instructions (even if the jewelery has been unpacked) are returned with the jewellery.
- your previous purchase has not been definitively returned.
- the jewel has been returned maximum 14 days after receipt "the postmark being taken".
If you respect these conditions, the return of your jewel is possible free of charge.
As for the delivery, we ensure your return up to the amount of your purchase. Don't forget to keep your packing slip proving that you have returned your purchase(s).
